How to Delete Your CallFlow Data
At TRIDEVS, we believe in complete data autonomy. Depending on how you use CallFlow, here is how you can permanently erase your records:
If you have not signed in to CallFlow, 100% of your notes, checklists, and templates are stored strictly in your phone's sandboxed storage. To erase them permanently:
- Open your Android phone's Settings.
- Navigate to Apps → See all apps → CallFlow.
- Tap Storage & Cache.
- Tap Clear Storage / Clear Data, or simply Uninstall the app.
✓ This immediately and irreversibly destroys all local database records on your hardware.
If you created an account (via Google or Email) to back up your notes, you can request full account deletion through the app or by submitting a request below:

Send an email from your registered CallFlow account email address to:
What Data is Erased vs Retained
- Firebase authentication profile (email, user ID).
- All cloud-synced notes, tags, and checklists.
- All user-recorded voice memo audio recordings.
- Saved custom business profiles (UPI, addresses, smart forms).
- Zero retention of personal user content.
- Only anonymized, aggregate app crash diagnostics (if any) are retained up to standard 30-day log rotation.
