CallFlow Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CallFlow Android application ("App"), provided by TRIDEVS (operated by Prakash Devasi, Karjan, Gujarat, India), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the App.

2. License to Use

TRIDEVS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CallFlow on your compatible Android device solely for your internal business or personal productivity purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play Store guidelines.

3. User Responsibilities & Lawful Telephony Use

When utilizing CallFlow's 1-tap WhatsApp message triggers, smart forms, or SMS shortcuts, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your communications comply with local laws and anti-spam regulations (including India's TRAI commercial communication rules). You must not use CallFlow to send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

4. Voice Memos & Audio Notes

CallFlow provides a voice memo feature allowing you to record personal post-call audio notes with waveform visuals and variable playback speeds. You acknowledge and agree that:

• CallFlow does not record or listen to phone calls. Voice memos are strictly recorded by you following the completion of a call.
• You are solely responsible for the content and lawful creation of any audio memos recorded on your device.
• Voice memos are stored in your device's local storage and are not shared unless you initiate a backup or export.

5. Smart Input Assist & Accessibility Service

CallFlow offers an optional productivity feature using Android's AccessibilityService API to detect editable text input fields in messaging apps (such as WhatsApp and SMS) and display a 1-tap template insertion pill. This service does not log keystrokes, does not read private conversations, and operates purely ephemerally in local device memory. You may enable or disable this feature at any time in Android Accessibility Settings.

6. Local-First Operation & Data Sovereignty

CallFlow is engineered as a local-first utility. Unless you explicitly enable cloud sync via your Google account, all notes, voice memos, checklists, and deal statuses are stored strictly on your local device. We provide direct CSV and text export tools so you maintain full control of your records. We are not liable for data loss arising from device formatting, factory resets, uninstallation, or operating system failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, UI designs, brand assets, logos, and features of CallFlow are the proprietary intellectual property of TRIDEVS. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the application without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CallFlow is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. TRIDEVS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, including any missed customer calls or delayed follow-ups.
