1. Overview & 100% Private, Local-First Commitment
TRIDEVS ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Prakash Devasi, built CallFlow as a fast, local-first call workflow assistant and mini CRM for busy business owners, retailers, wholesalers, sales professionals, contractors, and freelancers.
Notes, voice memos, and checklists stay securely on your physical device.
CallFlow does not record or listen to phone calls. Voice memos are strictly user-recorded audio notes.
We never track keystrokes, monitor typing, or read your private chats.
Sign in with Google only when you want encrypted cloud backup.
CallFlow NEVER records, intercepts, or listens to incoming or outgoing phone conversations. The Microphone permission is used strictly when you actively choose to tap the microphone to record a personal voice memo note after a call has finished. Voice memo audio files remain 100% on your local device unless you explicitly opt in to cloud backup.
2. Permission Transparency (Google Play Compliance)
In strict compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies, here is the clear, functional purpose of every Android permission CallFlow requests:
Detects when a phone call ends (transition to IDLE) to display the post-call action card promptly. We never record or listen to phone calls.
Used strictly when you choose to record a voice memo note right after calls, complete with waveform visuals and variable playback speeds (1x, 1.5x, 2x). We never record phone calls.
Resolves caller names and numbers to organize client timelines on device. Contacts are never uploaded to remote marketing databases.
Displays the compact action bar immediately after calls conclude, and displays the in-chat Quick Share pill over messaging apps.
Ensures callback and payment reminders ring reliably on time, even if your device enters battery saver or Doze mode.
Delivers reminder alerts, task notifications, and action summaries on Android 13+ devices.

CallFlow uses the Android AccessibilityService API strictly to provide the Smart Input Assist and Floating Quick Share Pill productivity feature.
How CallFlow uses the AccessibilityService API:
- Feature Name: Smart Input Assist and Floating Quick Share Pill.
- Purpose: When enabled, CallFlow detects when you focus on an editable text input field in messaging apps like WhatsApp and SMS.
- Functionality: It displays a floating Quick Share pill and detects shortcut keywords (such as
#addressor#upi) to paste your saved templates and payment details in 1 tap without switching apps.
Privacy and Data Safety Guarantees:
- Zero Keystroke Logging: CallFlow does not record, track, or log keystrokes or typed text.
- No Access to Private Chats or Passwords: CallFlow does not read private conversations, messages, passwords, or financial credentials.
- 100% On-Device and Ephemeral: Event processing runs entirely in local device memory and is discarded immediately.
- No Data Collection or Sharing: CallFlow does not collect, store, or transmit any data accessed through the AccessibilityService API.

3. Data Storage & Optional Encrypted Cloud Backup
Local SQLite/Room Database: Your contact tags, deal notes, voice memos, checklists, and template shortcuts reside in sandboxed local device storage.
Optional Google Encrypted Backup: If you explicitly sign in via Google Authentication to back up your records, data is transmitted over secure TLS 1.3/HTTPS encryption to Firebase Firestore. You can export your data to CSV or text format anytime.
Zero Advertising Networks: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. User Rights & Permanent Deletion
You hold complete sovereignty over your data:
- Local Device Wipe: Go to Android Settings → Apps → CallFlow → Storage → Clear Data, or simply uninstall the app to instantly destroy all local records and voice memos.
- Cloud Account Deletion: If you enabled cloud sync, visit our Data Deletion Request Page or email us at hello@tridevs.in to permanently delete your account within 48 hours.
